- Every day, 7:00 to 23:00. After that the night porter is on call, and the bell is by the green door.

- From 15:00 and by 11:00 . We keep bags free of charge on either side.
Getting here
Cars cannot reach the door. The last stretch is cobbled and steep, and a taxi leaves you two minutes away. Ask the driver for Largo do Chafariz de Dentro, and Rui will come down to meet you and carry your cases.
- From the airport by taxi: 20 to 25 minutes, about 18 to 25 euros.
- By metro: the red line to São Sebastião, change to the blue line and get off at Santa Apolónia. It is a 12 minute walk uphill.
- From Santa Apolónia station on foot: 12 minutes, mostly uphill, with the river behind you.
